What is Screenshots?
You can upload 2–8 screenshots per device type, in JPEG or 24-bit PNG without transparency, with each side between 320 and 3,840 pixels and the long side no more than twice the short side. At least four screenshots of 1080 px or more are needed for recommendation formats that use screenshots.
Why it matters for ASO
Most visitors decide from the first two or three screenshots, making them the biggest conversion lever after the icon.
How to improve it
- Lead with the main benefit in a large caption.
- Tell a story across the set.
- Show real UI, cropped to be readable.
- A/B test the first screenshot.
